ClearKlens IPA VH1 6x0.9L - Alcol isopropilico sterile per la disinfezione delle camere sterili

ClearKlens IPA è un disinfettante  pronto all’uso per la pulizia delle superfici e attrezzature nelle camere sterili del settore Farmaceutico  a base di alcol isopropilico al 70% v/v. ClearKlens IPA è disponibile in flacone spray da 900 ml, in canestri da 5 litri o in sacche pouch da 5 litri. Il flacone da 900 ml è stato filtrato a 0,2 µm e irradiato. Il flacone da 1L/5L è stato filtrato a 0,2µm e riempito asetticamente.

• ClearKlens IPA è una soluzione composta dal 70% v/v di alcool isopropilico e dal 30% di WFI (qualità USP).

• ClearKlens IPA 900 ml viene fornito con il nuovo sistema “bag in a bottle” grazie al quale si evita che il prodotto venga contaminato durante l’uso.
• ClearKlens IPA è una confezione e una formulazione supportata da BPR.

Clean and dry the surface before disinfection.

Spraying:
Spray the surface, wipe if necessary to spread the product. Make sure to wet the surface completely. Allow to take effect for at least 30 seconds. Used cloths must be disposed in a closed container.

• Sterile trigger (bag in bottle): apply 16 sprays / m² surface
• Trigger spray pouch: apply 19 sprays / m² surface

Cloth:
Wet the cloth with the disinfectant and wipe the surface. Make sure to wet the surface completely. Allow to take effect for at least 30 seconds. In cleanrooms, the exact amount of required product can also be dispensed either using a low flow-rate spray lance or into a bucket via a system of pipes. Used cloths must be disposed in a closed container.

Mopping:
Wet the mop with the disinfectant and mop the surface. Make sure to wet the surface completely. Allow to take effect for at least 30 seconds. Used mops must be stored in a closed container.

Non-porous Glove disinfection:

Automatic dosing:

Apply 3 mL of the product directly onto clean gloved hands, distribute evenly and make sure to wet the surface completely. Allow to take effect for at least 30 seconds.

Manual dosing:

Spray 3 mL of the product directly onto clean gloved hands, distribute evenly and make sure to wet the surface completely. Allow to take effect for at least 30 seconds. Number of applications per type of packaging, necessary to apply 3 mL product onto clean gloved hands:

- Trigger spray pouch: apply 3 sprays of the product to two hands
- Sterile trigger (bag in bottle): apply 3 sprays of the product to two hands
